Congratulations to the SICSA organization for receiving a $1,500 Community Support Grant from The Centerville-Washington Foundation! The grant was awarded in April 2020 and will be used by SICSA for their Centerville Community Cats Program.

SICSA was founded in 1974. The name SICSA is an acronym for the Society for the Improvement of Conditions for Stray Animals.

In 2020, SICSA has a new state of the art facility! Their brand new building is located at 8172 Washington Church Road, Dayton, Ohio 45458.

Over 2000+ dogs and cats are adopted to new homes each year. SICSA spays and neuters approximately 4,600 animals each year. There are about 700 junior and adult volunteers who help the SICSA organization each year. SICSA provides humane education to approx. 4,600 children annually. In addition, SICSA has a "Paw Partners Social Program" which allows pets to visit nursing homes and hospitals. This program brings joy and comfort of animal companionship to those who are isolated in nursing home facilities and hospitals.

CONGRATULATIONS and THANK YOU are in order to the SICSA organization for their wonderful care of our furry friends!!
