CWF Awards Over $10,000 in Spring Grants

This year, the CWF granted over $10,000 to many deserving organizations working to make the Centerville-Washington Township Community a better place.  Congratulations to our 2018 Spring Grant Recipients!!!

· $2,500 to Centerville-Washington History to fund the upgrade and replacement of Museum Office furnishings.

· $1,500 to Centerville Rotary to provide dictionaries to 800 local third graders and thesauri to 800 local fifth graders to support literacy.

· $1,000 to Centerville-Washington Park District (Outreach Programming Enhancement) to support the upgrade of nature kits for school children.

· $1,000 to Hannah’s Treasure Chest to help fund Beds for Babies, a program designed to provide safe sleep environments for local babies and toddlers.

· $1,000 to TJ’s Place of Hope to support upgrades to the current website and fund the design and production of promotional brochures to help families find and learn more about the organization.

· $1,000 to the Young Life Camp Scholarship Fund to help defray costs for students desiring to attend summer camp.

· $850 to Feeding Friends at Harmony Creek to upgrade equipment in the food pantry.

· $600 to the Centerville Community Band to fund Family Fun Day in celebration of the City of Centerville’s 50th anniversary.

· $600 to the Centerville Community Chorus to support additional free public concert.
